JERSEY CITY: Mayor L. Harvey Smith welcomes all Jersey City residents to this year's Halloween Celebration, 4:00-8:00 pm. Sunday, October 31 at St. Peter's college Parking lot at Montgomery Street and Jordan Avenue.
This year's event will be filled with fun and entertainment for big and little kids alike. There will be rides, a petting zoo, games, music, and much more. Halloween has been celebrated in the United States since 1840 and now it is time for Jersey City to uphold the tradition.
Come and celebrate Halloween by putting on your best costume and bringing your trick or treat bags so we can fill them up with free candy and treats. The day promises to be filled with haunted honors and fun.
