JERSEY CITY- Mayor L. Harvey Smith and city officials will release the details of his honor's executive order that will create an advisory panel to assess and address the city's homeland security during a news conference 12 noon, Monday, October 25, 2004 at City Hall.
Details of the order swill provide an outline for coordination of all city agencies for preparation, coordination and response to the ongoing terrorist threat to critical infrastructure.
