JERSEY CITY -- Acting Mayor L. Harvey Smith will announce that Jersey City will be
a co-host of the annual Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks at an 11 a.m. press conference
on Friday, June 25, 2005 at Liberty State Park.
In addition to the Mayor, members of Macy's executive staff and Liberty State Park
Superintendent Joshua Osowski will be on hand to answer questions from the media.
The media should meet at the Interpretative Center on Freedom Way in Liberty State
Park, where they will park their cars and then head to Liberty Walk where the press
